If you’re bored with the usual colours and want something different, you might want to consider Essie The More The Merrier. This came out with the Naughty Nautical collection.
I’d describe it has a chartreuse leaning more towards yellow. Or just a lime shade if you prefer. I wouldn’t call it a pastel shade but it’s not very bright either. There are lots of similar polishes though with slight variations in brightness like China Glaze Def Defying, China Glaze Electric Pineapple, OPI Did It On Em and Revlon Sassy.
It’s a creme polish but I found the consistency to be thicker than some of the other Essie creme onesI’ve tried. It makes the application a little streaky and hard to move around but it’s manageable.
It’s very opaque, you only need one coat. It also has a natural glossy finish and you don’t really need a topcoat over it.
This wears really well, almost 7 days and no chipping except for minor tipwear. Overall, the quality is good except for the thickness.
This is more of a summer colour but I like wearing this on my toes.
With Essie you get a typical medium width brush, similar to China Glaze. You get 15ml of product for $8.
The best place to buy Essie if you’re in India is eBay. I’m actually doing a favourite eBay sellers type of post real soon, so you’ll have nail polish covered in that.
