I was going through this phase where I loved brown polishes and I wanted the perfect taupey brown. MarjorBrands.in was having a sale on Inglot products and so I hauled this too!
I’m in love with the color, it looks gorgeous on nails but I’m not very happy with the durability.
The colour is a medium brown with a heavy grey undertone. The polish is creamy and gives a glossy finish, although you would typically still need a topcoat.
The polish is a bit sheer depending on how much you take on while applying. But you would need on an average, 2-3 coats for a complete opaque look.
The application can be streaky at times, it’s one of the other pitfalls. It stays on for 3-4 days and starts to chip at the ends. But the polish just feels so heavy because of the number of layers needed. It comes in a sturdy glass bottle with a thin brush.
For the price I don’t find this all that great. I’m sure there are similar colours with better quality out there.
