I used this shampoo a few months back, I don’t have it anymore but I really liked it a lot! It’s the Kerastase Resistance Bain Volumactive Shampoo. I’d never really tried anything from their range before.
I wanted a mild volumizing shampoo and went for this. I have dry hair so I didn’t want a shampoo that would dry it out too much but still give me volume. This worked really well on both counts. My hair always felt lighter and didn’t weigh down as easily which helped keep more volume longer. I also noticed that my hair fall that reduced. I was using the Herbal Essences one before and the change was dramatic, probably due to the ingredients.
The Resistance range is basically meant for weak hair and for repairing it. I think there are 2-3 other shampoos in this range but I just wanted more volume! Honestly, these names are so hard to remember, Resistance Bain Volumactive Shampoo.
The shampoo is a white cream which lathers well. This also doesn’t have SLS. (It does have Sodium Laureth Sulfate, which is not the same as Sodium Lauryl Sulfate. The latter is a much more powerful cleaning agent.) But if you are irritated by most detergents, then I wouldn’t suggest this.
This is a bit pricey. You get 250ml for Rs. 1440, so I’d say wait for a discount to get your hands on it!
