Revlon Colorburst Lip Butter in Raspberry Pie

Lately I’ve been loving Lip Butters so much I decided that I needed more colours. This is a shade I don’t use often but for a night out it’s so perfect!

Raspberry Pie is one of the more pigmented lip butters out there. It’s a gorgeous berry pink which leans on the fuschia side when seen under light. It’s a darker and warmer pink and would hence, suit darker skintones as well. I just love the colour! I don’t have any lipstick quite like it.

It goes on so smoothly and the finish is seamless, it never settles into any lines. It looks so perfect. It stays on for about 5-6 hours. It stays on longer but with a faded appearance. It is prone to bleeding though. Using a lip pencil or blotting the edges is a good way to avoid that.

The finish is glossy and looks very creamy. There’s no microshimmer in this one, it gives a good opaque coat in 2 swipes.

The packaging is lovely with the translucent plastic cap in bright pink.  It’s easy to identify the shade that way. It’s quite sturdy.

The product amount is about 2.55g which isn’t much for price but I love the quality of this particular lip butter. I imagine the other more pigmented ones perform similarly as well. You can also read the review for the shade Pink Truffle here.
