It’s a fitting end to Milan Fashion Week with Dsquared², Giorgio Armani and Dolce & Gabbana with their gorgeous collections.
It’s theatrical and fantastic! The opening look of a patient being accompanied by nurses is extravagant. The hospital shackle like bracelets on the knees and hands while being very trendy, are obvious. I love the green gown and the cape with feathers, like an evil doctor of sorts. It’s fun and beautiful at the same time. Can’t ask for more, can you?
Similar to the Emporio Armani collection, this one has the grey standard with work wear and evening wear in tow. I like the fitted tailored ones over the oversize. The little hints of pastel lime peeking out give it a more modern feel. I particularly like the lime gown with the beaded grey organza over it, it’s gorgeous.
Dolce & Gabbana
It was a mix of that unmistakable Italian or Sicilian culture and fairytales! You can spot references to Little Red Riding Hood, Princess and the Frog and many more. It’s fun to see two cultures being played out in such a fun way. I love the cape like dresses and hoods. I lace suits were on the simpler end of scale but just as pretty.
