More fabulous fall collections from London Fashion Week by J.W. Anderson and also Belstaff and Richard Nicoll. Belstaff is quickly becoming a new favourite!
There was a lot of focus on the silhouette. While I’ve chosen to focus on the more wearable pieces here, most were utterly sculptural. There’s a lot of experimentation with seams, folds and pleats. That one camel look aside, they all seem like an unfinished thought.
Military coats are here to stay. The khaki colour with leather looks amazing with all the zipper details. There are also the simpler offerings like a black woollen coat and the tweed blazer. Overall, the outerwear in this collection is very trendy and modern, there’s something for everyone.
This collection feels a little all over the place but it’s undeniably good. There are so many pieces I love, like the blue and turquoise coat, the tan tweed dress, the grey cape and the purple dress with handkerchief ruffles! That pale blue sparkly tweed coat is also stunning.
