Spring 2014 RTW at London Fashion Week : Mary Katrantzou, Matthew Williamson and Jonathan Saunders
Leather accessories as digital prints were used in this collection, the result is visually very stunning. I didn’t like the babydoll like silhouette much but the floral mix used is really cool. I think the separates are perhaps the best part of this collection.
Matthew Williamson presented a really gorgeous collection with neon coral separates and bright floral patterns. I really love the palette of this collection. Starting off with corals and pinks, the theme gets colder with periwinkle and ultramarine blues. The blue floral dress with lime coloured applique is utterly beautiful. The lime trousers and floral dresses are gorgeous as well.
Colour blocked panels with florals and ombre gave this collection a very unique look. I don’t find all the matches too appealing, but the jackets in this collection are really great. The use of stin and prints uplifts this collection.
