Just Swatches : Zoya Nail Polishes

Just Swatches : Zoya Nail Polishes

Hello! I'm back with another Just Swatches post! This time it's my beloved Zoya nail polishes! I think Valerie and Robyn were among the first ones I bought, fell in love with the formula and you can see what happened then! If I had to pick favourites from this lot it would be Valerie, Alegra, Trixie and now even Perrie. This years Pantone Colour of the year is Radiant Orchid and I think Perrie is an exact match. It's smack in the middle of that purple pink range, gorgeous colour! Kristin - It's…Read more
Nails Inc Special Effects Sprinkles Nail Polish in Sweets Way

Nails Inc Special Effects Sprinkles Nail Polish in Sweets Way

The word sprinkles just makes me feel happy. Over cakes, over cupcakes, over ice cream. Heck, I'd just sell icing and sprinkles if I ever opened a shop! That's pretty much what this nail polish feels like. Your nails looks like they're covered in sprinkles and you just want to eat them! This isn't the most mature nail polish, I'll admit that. But it's cute nonetheless. Nails Inc Special Effects Sprinkles is a range of glittery polishes. Although "sprinkles" might lead you to believe that it's chunky or 3d, it's not, just round…Read more
Kleancolor Vegas Night Nail Polish

Kleancolor Vegas Night Nail Polish

I did a bit a of a Kleancolor and Nyx haul from eBay where I bought a set of Kleancolor mini nail polishes. It was so cheap, like $10 for 6 bottles, why not?! Firstly, I've tried different types of Kleancolor nail polishes and honestly, I don't like the quality. The smell is way too strong for me, very chemical and toxic like. I honestly never wear this on my fingers, only toes because it just feels uncomfortable on my nails. Also, the consistency most of the times is very heavy and gloopy!…Read more
Nails Inc Belgrave Place Nail Polish

Nails Inc Belgrave Place Nail Polish

Anytime I hit Wednesday on the calender, I start praying for the days to go faster so that the weekend will come sooner! Well, I've been doing that and testing out some old polishes from my stash for reviews! My dust bin is a mess of cotton balls! Nails Inc Belgrave Place is a really pretty blurple which was a launchpad for my mania with blue and purple nail polishes. It's incredibly hard to describe the exact tone. It's more violet than blue for sure and in light it will seem strongly like…Read more
Zoya Robyn Nail Polish

Zoya Robyn Nail Polish

Today, I'll be sharing with you one of my treasure trove purchases! You see, for the vast majority of my life I've been a person who only wore silver or black nail polish. No, I wasn't a goth but I did like my black polish and clung to it with my dear life! Now I was very intrigued by Zoya as I had just heard a lot about the brand and was on a major hauling spree (bad!). I saw this particular one and it just called out to me! It's such a…Read more

17 True Blue Nail Polish

17 is a brand I picked up at Boots one day. It's cheap and I liked the navy blue colour. The colour is True Blue but it's actually more like a true navy blue. The polish itself is a bit too thick I feel. I am reviewing this after  along time, so the consistency might have become thicker over time. But it's not stellar. At £2.99 you get 8ml which is pretty good value for money. It's stays on relatively long, around 4 days before it starts chipping. The drying time is quick too.…Read more

Essie Aruba Blue

I'm a nail polish junkie. Every weekend, I have my sacred "me time" routine of watching a movie or something and painting my nails. This week, I'm wearing Essie's Aruba Blue on my nails. Its a gorgeous deep blue with greenish navy undertones. It also has blue microshimmer. Its not royal blue or electric blue like China Glaze Frostbite; more towards navy. Its quite opaque. But you do need 2 coats. It's has a nice sheen to it, even without a topcoat. Adding one just makes it super glossy. It lasts for atleast…Read more
