Macadamia Deep Repair Masque

Macadamia Deep Repair Masque

It's not often I get to review a hair mask. Mostly because it takes me so long to use one up! I'm very irregular with my use of hair masks which amount to 2-3 times a month! But lo and behold, I have for you today, Macadamia Deep Repair Masque! I bought this long time ago from FeelUnique. As a rule, I only buy from there when there's a good discount and it was one such occasion. I've previously used the Moroccan Oil Hair Restorative Mask, so you'll see a bit of comparison…Read more
L’occitane Volumizing Conditioner

L’occitane Volumizing Conditioner

I wanted to try L'occitane hair products a few months back. I picked the L'occitane Volumizing Conditioner which I think is from the Aromachologie range. Firstly, this is a very gentle and mild conditioner meant for fine and normal hair. If you have very thick and dense hair it might seem like you need too much of this product to make it work. I say that because I have fine hair and even I feel like the need to use more conditioner than I usually do. The conditioner is white in colour and…Read more
Organix Renewing Moroccan Argan Oil Conditioner

Organix Renewing Moroccan Argan Oil Conditioner

Hello! Today I'm reviewing a hair conditioner that I picked up from Dorabjees. I was very intrigued when I saw the brand Organix. I picked up the Organix Renewing Moroccan Argan Oil conditioner. As you'd expect, the conditioner is very hydrating. It's a thick yellow coloured creamy paste. It detangles the hair and leaves it really soft. It doesn't weigh down your hair after use but it does take a long time to rinse it out ¬†properly! This conditioner is also claims it protects hair from UV damage and heat. I can't really…Read more
Brocato Curlinterrupted Smoothing and Hydrating Shampoo and Treatment

Brocato Curlinterrupted Smoothing and Hydrating Shampoo and Treatment

This is a shampoo and conditioner duo I received in a Vellvette box a while back. They are perfect for travel and I used them 2 months ago. I had never heard of the brand Brocato. It's a US based company which makes organic products. So most ingredients are natural oils and the like. Curlinterrupted is their range for hydrating dry and frizzy hair. Perfect match for my hair type! The Smoothing and Hydrating Shampoo has a really nice scent. It's a bit floral but mild and pleasant. This lathers well considering there…Read more

Paul Mitchell Lemon Sage Thickening Conditioner

Paul Mitchell Lemon Sage Thickening Conditioner

When it comes to hair products I love the smell of lemons and citrusy fragrances. I don't fret much over the shampoo scent (unless it's too strong) as long as I love the conditioner scent. I was browsing through some sites on the hunt of a new conditioner and this one really stood out. Paul Mitchell is a great brand with good formulas and when I saw 'lemon' I knew I had to try this. So I've used this for the past month now and I'm damn well pleased with this. You hair…Read more
Moroccan Oil Hair Restorative Mask

Moroccan Oil Hair Restorative Mask

About a year back my hair was awfully dry and in a dreadful state. I really felt the need to use a hair mask or something to keep it well conditioned and soft. I did a lot of research and I finally caved in and bought Moroccan Oil Hair Restorative Mask. It's a pretty big tub and lasts for quite a while, depending on your frequency of use. I generally use this once or twice a month, that's how often I can remember/spare time to have this on. So on a regular basis,…Read more
Tresemme Vitamin B5 & Aloe Remoisturising Conditioner

Tresemme Vitamin B5 & Aloe Remoisturising Conditioner

Tresemme has officially launch in India with three new lines. Before they did, you randomly saw shampoo's and conditioners from lines in other countries. At that time, I happened to buy The Vitamin B5 and Aloe Remoisturising Conditioner. The conditioner contains vitamin B5 (Pantothenic acid). I'm not sure the exact benefits of this in hair care so I won't go on about this. Aloe is generally used to moisturize dry hair and is an ingredient worth note (unlike vitamin B5). I generally just tend to rely on how well with works with my…Read more
John Frieda Frizz Ease Shampoo and Conditioner

John Frieda Frizz Ease Shampoo and Conditioner

I'd been dying to try the John Frieda Frizz Ease range. I finally managed to get my hands on it a few months ago. To review it properly, I will need to explain what my hair is like. Needless to say but the review and results would be different if your hair is drastically different to mine. I have dry hair. Really dry hair but oily roots. In winters, static can make my hair stand up 90 degrees (happens when I'm taking off woollen jumpers). My hair is naturally wavy and fine. I…Read more
