This post is quite late but it’s time for the October favourites! This time it’s a mix of some things I’ve been using for months and by beloved lip butters.
01. Foundation : Dior : Nude in 040 Honey
The pump is really messy to work with and the foundation is the perfect if you want sheer coverage.
02. Brush : Sigma : Kabuki bursh
Fluffy brush! Very smooth and soft; I use it to set the powder.
03. Lip Gloss : Revlon : Colourburst lip gloss in Sunset
This sheer lip gloss looks amazing by itself. It’s got a lot of microshimmer and it just makes your lips look warmer. I love it!
04. Blush : Nars : Douceur
It’s my go to...

Dior Addict was an impulsive buy that turned out better than expected! The Dior Addict formula claims to be a moisturising and sheer formula.
I have this in the shade Backstage which is a lovely cool toned violet pink with micro shimmer . It might look like a really scary and bold colour in the box but it actually looks very different when you put it on. I believe this will look different depending how pigmented your lips are. It is afterall a sheer lipstick. But the colour is really gorgeous. It also has a subtle blue tint when you view it. The shimmer is really fine and you can’t really see it unless you look closely.
This really does moisturise your lips an it gives a glossy finish...

It’s July already! Sorry for being so behind on posting this. I’ve been trying to stick to my posting schedule but they are all getting delayed.
I’m trying to rectify that from the coming week. You might sense a theme here. Everything looks peachy pink or a variation it, doesn’t it? I didn’t realize that until I saw this picture.
So anyway, here are my June favourites!
01. Body Lotion : Bath & Body Works : White Citrus
I love the smell of this. Very fresh and citrus like. The consistency of these isn’t as thick as the triple moisture ones.
02. Powder : Rimmel : Match Perfection Ultra Creamy Compact Powder : Soft...

May was all about wearing coral-ey colours and light makeup. Wearing too much makeup in this heat is unbearable!!
You don’t necessarily want things that stay on all day. I do wash my face from time to time. But I want products that fade well and don’t leave a mess.
On to this month’s favourites!
01. Perfume : Bvlgari : Pour Femme
This was in last month’s favourites too but I love it’s floral scent. Sadly, this bottle is empty now and I’ll be moving on to another mini perfume.
02. Face Mist : The Body Shop : Vitamin E Energizing Face Spritz
It’s a really good face mist. It makes the skin really cool and gives it a fresh feeling. I...

I can’t believe the weekend is almost over. The weeks go by so quickly!!
Today I‘ll be trying my best to review Dior’s J’adore!
The fragrance is like floral and a slight hint of rose, also a bit fruity. Overtime though, the scent turns more woody when it lingers. I’ve used up quite a bit of this already but J’adore is something I can even wear during the day. It’s not a very heavy scent despite the mix of rose, floral and wood. It’s more like a muted Lady Million for day wear!
I’m not in love with this scent, like my Burberry Brit. But the scent adds more sophistication. It typically does last all day but it’s not a very strong...

It’s the time of the month! I mean, to err… talk about my favourites! The products mentioned below are not only the most used this month but also what I would reach out for the most on occasion. Onto the list! But a pretty picture first.
;
01. Concealer : MAC : Moisture Select Concealer : NW35
I have panda eyes. Although, that doesn’t make me look cute! To be very honest, if I completely cover them with heavy concealer, it just looks really unnatural. I think that to look a bit natural, some unevenness should be there, and not a plain mannequin. Just a tinsy bit. Moisture Select is what I started using this month. It’s not creamy and yet it stays on so well. I lasts...

I love watching and reading about these kinds of lists. you get to see so many options and how people use make up ‘in real life’.
I don’t carry too much. And I don’t carry a blush or concealer!. I generally use these before I leave. So, this is more of a ‘touch up’ make up bag.
01. Make Up Bag – My mom gave me this bag. I think she got it from Jet Airways. But wherever it came from, it looks good. The material isn’t flimsy and pouch is slim and bends quite well. It’s a bag that can hold less or a lot and still fit well in my purse. Also, the length of this bags fits my powder brush well.
02. Bobbi Brown Mascara – Its...

Dior 5 Couleurs in (034) Gris Gris is a 5 shade palette which is perfect for smokey eyes. All the shades are pearlescent with the central black one having shimmer. All of them are very pigmented. They go on very smoothly and blend quite easily as well. I’ll be posting a smokey eye tutorial with this palette some time next month as well. I’ll update with a link here then.
The packaging is really great and sturdy. Its meant to be a palette for travel with a good sized mirror. If you are the type who goes for specific looks and needs them quite often, these palettes are quite handy. the quality and amount of product si great. Yes, its terribly overpriced but if you collection 5...
