So this is part 2 of the Met Ball red carpet! Warning, this is very image heavy! In case you miss it, here’s part 1. So let’s begin!
Dakota Fanning
in Rodarte
Unlike her sister, Dakota here looks amazing. The gown is appropriate for her figure, and although it’s not loud as some of the other dresses, it maintains that simple charm. I think her make up is very pretty and soft as well.
Haille Steinfeld
in Donna Karan Atelier
She looks very feminine and fresh in this. I’m not too happy about the eye makeup but overall, it’s a great look for her.
Heidi Klum
in Marchesa
No one will deny that the gown is gorgeous and looks amazing on her. But she needs a matte...

The Met Gala is here! I love seeing the red carpet for the sheer number of brilliant wacky creations that you otherwise only get to se eon runways. This years exhibition was on the theme Punk : Chaos to Couture. While some chose to dress in the theme, others ignored it. But either way, lets take a look at what the ladies donned.
Hilary Rhoda
in Wes Gordon
I love the pants and gown combo. This particular lace and sheer bodice looks really beautiful. I love her hair and makeup as well.
Anna Wintour
in Chanel Haute Couture
She looks appropriate. It’s definitely a gown that stood out on the red carpet, in a way, because of it’s simplicity.
Lauren Santo Domingo
in Dolce...

Jessica Chastain
in Armani Prive
It goes so well with her skintone. I love how the satin looks underneath all that shimmer. And it fits her so well, it’s one of the best of the night.
Jennifer Garner
in Gucci
I love the colour but I’m not too fond of the ruffles. It looks too costumey for the Oscars.
Jennifer Lawrence
in Dior Couture
I like the odd shape of the skirt. This could have so easily fallen into a “miss” category but the hair and makeup is so fresh and lovely, it looks perfect.
Anne Hathway
in Prada
I actually like that shade against her skin but the satin is looking just awful.
Charlize Theron
in Dior haute Couture
Flawless. I like how the...

So many gorgeous gowns!! Catch up on Part 1 here!
Fan Bingbing
in Elie Saab
She looks absolutely stunning in this. I love the cape and how the dress flows at the end. It looks very elegant.
in Valentino
I like the sheerness of the dress but the sleeves make it look really awkward. She still looks amazing though. I like the orange lip. Very on trend.
in Christopher Bu
This is probably one of the best and such a nice change from all the lace Marchesa gowns. The patterns are fun and intricate. It’s so colourful and yet her make up is perfect for this. Orange lip goes very well with this. This is right on top among my favourites.
Saskia de Brauw
in Haider Ackermann
That royal purple...

I love watching red carpets. The gowns are so pretty and I like seeing runway looks being donned by other people. Cannes is an occasion where you get to see a variety in terms of styles, not just ‘diva’ looks. So here comes Part 1.
Natasha Poly
in Emilio Pucci
She looks amazing with that cute side swept braid. It looks effortless. I like the simplicity of the dress, it doesn’t scream diva and yet looks very stylish. I like the metallic smokey eye. Her make up is spot on.
in Dolce and Gabanna
Yet again, a simple and fitted dress with statement make up and accessories. Everything goes well together. I’m not a fan of that hair style though.
in Gucci
A very...

Read part 1 and part 2 of the Met Ball review! This is the last one, I promise!
01. January Jones in Versace
This looks so amazing! I love that necklace with this dress, it doesn’t match but looks so good together. Her make up and hair is really pretty.
02. Ginnifer Goodwin in Monique Lhuillier
The monotone orange dress and makeup looks good on her. Those shoes are terrible though.
03. Jessica Chastain in Louis Vuitton
This is terrible. The make up and dress really ages her. This has no style at all and looks like a cheap costume. Hate it.
04. Jessica Pare in L’Wren Scott
I love her makeup! It’s a gorgeous gown and it’s all well put together.
05. Jessica Stam in...

If you haven’t already, take a look at Part 1 where the fashion reviews continue!
01. Chloe Sevigny in Miu Miu
This dress looked very quirky on the runway. It’s been translated very badly here. That hair and makeup with it makes it worse.
02. Christina Ricci in Thakoon
Very bold and one of a kind dress by Thakoon. She carries it off very well.
03. Claire Danes in J.Mendel
That dress is beautiful and looks great on her. The make up isn’t pretty and neither are the shoes. It makes the look too plain.
04. Diana Argon in Carolina Herrera
That is such a pretty shade of green! She looks absolutely beautiful! Love everything about the look.
04. Diane...

01. Abbie Cornish
It looks way to dull for the Met ball. The top looks a but ill-fitting.
02. Amber Heard in Zac Posen
I love the colour and shapes. She looks stunning! The bold lip goes really well it.
03. Allison Wlliams in Ralph Lauren
Ugh. The dress has no shape and doesn’t look flattering. Good colour but make up is too pale and hair isn’t right for this look. This needed more accessories.
04. Amy Adams in Giambattista Valli
She looks amazing! I like how the gown flows. I’m not a fab of that bow but this was certainly one of the better oufits.
05. Arizona Muse in Erdem
I think she looks quite alright. The dress itself is understated and intricate.
06. Ashley...
