Spring 2015 RTW : London Fashion Week : Part One

Spring 2015 RTW : London Fashion Week : Part One

Time for another fashion week post! Here are some of the collections from London Fashion Week Spring 2015. I'm pretty biased when it comes to Marchesa though. I'm in love with the opening outfit, a silhouette that only th model can pull off but the embroidery is gorgeous. If you're not over the holographic trend like me, have no fear, Markus Lupfer's collection has gorgeous metallic holographic outfits in lime, hot pink and my favourite silver/blue. I typically love Julien Macdonald collection. much like Elie Saab, I know what to expect and I…Read more
Fall 2014 RTW : Preen, Marios Schwab and Topshop Unique

Fall 2014 RTW : Preen, Marios Schwab and Topshop Unique

Pretty fall collections from Preen, Marios Schwab and Topshop at London Fashion Week!   Preen With it's second collection Preen Line in tow, Preen is proving to be quite the label. Another Star Wars reference! This time dedicated solely to Darth Vader and again not entirely convincing like the Rodarte one. I'm not sure if its endorsement for the new movie or the motive, but either way I'm not too happy with the result. I'd rather wear a t-shirt from Cafe Press. That aside, the rest of the collection is actually quite good…Read more

Topshop Lipstick in Ohh La La

Topshop Lipstick in Ohh La La

Topshop's lipsticks come in a great colour range. They're always bright colours that make your lips pop. I have the shade Ohh La La which is bright neon coral lipstick. It looks much more red in the tube but it comes off as a pink coral neon. It's really unique and a hard to find shade. It's a very hard look to pull off, that's for sure. Under a shimmer gloss it would be more wearable and looks amazing. I'm not too pleased with the quality of this particular shade. I have tried…Read more

Topshop Blush in Head Over Heels

I love Topshop's make up products! They're very affordable and of great quality too! Head Over Heels is a true coral cream blush. It's a very pretty peachy pink. It's very soft and super blendable. It gives it a very natural tint to the cheeks. The finish is matte but not powdery at all. It fades quite gracefully as well, no flaking. When it comes to coral and orange blushes, Topshop has some of the best ones. You can try Neon Rose or Flush if you want something more towards orange. At the…Read more

Wishlist : June 2012

It's getting more humid in Pune and at times like these, I like to apply as minimal make up as I can. Blush and eye makeup comes to the rescue here! Here's my wishlist for the month.     01. Topshop : Studded multi colour┬átunic cover up I love the gradient colours here. I'm very careful with the studded trend as I don't want to go overboard with it. This one looks effortless and soft.   02. Just Acces : Wild choker in gunmetal As opposed to silver or gold, I prefer gunmetal,…Read more
