Resort 2015 : Part One

The Resort 2015 collections are starting to trickle in, with the destination cruise collections like Chanel, Louis Vuitton releasing ahead of time. I'm following a new format for my runway fashion posts where I club 10-12 collections in one post. It will be image heavy! If you're looking for specific designers, try the tags. Fall 2014 RTW : Lisa Perry, Veronica Beard and Tia Cibani

Here are a couple more collections from New York Fashion Week, I think I'm reviewing Tia Cibani for the first time. Lisa Perry and Veronica Beard have great separates in general.       Lisa Perry I can think of a dozen terrible puns to describe this a-MAZE-ing collection! Ok, I'll stop. The collection, after its pop of colour and fun turns to black and white but still keeps things interesting with the…Read more

Spring 2013 RTW : Veronica Beard

Veronica Beard's collection is inspired by Morocco. Terracotta, khaki the cool seas blues, it all has a distinct earthy feel. The like the buttoned shirts. The printed jumpsuits look really good and comfy as well. I love how all the separates are put together. The finale maxi gown with the puff sleeves looks really beautiful. I like how it looks so light in that fabric. I felt in the beginning that it might be a bit ordinary but it really grows into something else.                  …Read more
